Job sites are currently ONLY in the metro east, IL – primarily Belleville Established fix/flip real estate company seeking to add to our awesome rehab crew. We’re looking for someone who is really good at “something.” You don’t have to be an expert in anything and certainly not an expert in everything. We have work available for all skill levels, experience, and projects. Primarily we’re looking for the typical handyman that has knowledge and skills to do just about anything on a rehabber’s list including but not limited to: Demo Planning Framing Electrical – fixtures installation Plumbing – connections, repairs, etc Window/door installation Drywall (install and finish) Insulation install Finish work Laminate/tile installation Vinyl installation Concrete Painting Cabinet installation Anything else that’s needed Expect to be paid weekly. All work is paid by the project with opportunity to be paid hourly after determining if we’re a good fit for each other. 1099s issued annually.
