Description
My name is Leah Argabright. I’m in my early 30’s originally from Virginia and planning a summer trip across the country in search of a climate that would help to mitigate my chronic pain brought on by multiple illnesses. I do not smoke or drink. Due to my health issues and the continued instability of our current world I have been a solitary person respectful of others. I am happy to stay at a comfortable distance. I have made it this far without infection by the virus and owe my great cautiousness to this fact.
A major portion of travel will be based on my passion for nature and animals - rescue, rehabilitation, release, conservation, and education of public and private bodies concerning our current world and the one we wish to see tomorrow. I am a student at Antioch University and the last 2 years have been an educational expedition to build a degree in Narrative Medicine - Intergenerational Trauma & Ecopsychology.
I have extensive experience with animals including domestic pets, reptiles, exotics, birds, ferrets, calves/cattle, horses, goats, most anything on a farm I’ve cared for at some point in my life. I would love to find a situation that would allow me to home-sit or pet-sit in trade of living accommodation. I will be relying mostly on charitable assistance, donated funds, and pre-arranged work as living with such extensive issues has made working impossible since late 2018.
I will also be looking for freelance work.
Please feel free to contact me by email any time. Thank you so much in advance for your time and consideration for working with me in the future. I look forward to speaking with you.
