Take Control and Get Them Prepared Today! Whether it is your daughter, niece, female cousin, or female family friend, we are not always there to protect our children or family.  We want to be your extended family and help teach your AWESOME, BRAVE and TALENTED female teenager how to protect themselves when you are not there and STOP VIOLENCE in its track.  Cedric Jordan, Kick Development Instructor and Level 5 Krav Maga Practitioner at Executive Self-defense and Fitness and 3rd Degree Taekwondo Blackbelt (Instructor Certified) will host this very unique and dynamic Lady TeenAGE Self-Defense Seminar that will focus on hands-on self-defense techniques, strategies and tips for staying safe. This seminar is for female teenagers only currently in school or headed to their first year in college between the ages of 13 and 19.  This seminar is for those who are becoming more independent, including teens who are walking and going places on their own or wants to learn self-defense to build confidence. During the seminar, we will teach and demonstrate ways to defend and handle common attacks such as punches, chokes, ground attacks, hair grabs and relocation/restraining holds while helping to build confidence and self-esteem. We will also perform stress drills that help maintain control while executing the appropriate response.  This 2 Day series occurs on consecutive Saturdays (6/18 and 6/25 for 3 hours each session).  There will be different topics each Saturday and we will provide the tools and knowledge to handle common assaults with complete confidence.
