Rehoming Chiweenie and Pitbull Mix

Hello, I am looking to re-home a ~12 year old chiweenie. He is a little dog, obviously because of the breed, he is absolutely in love in with humans, he would be the perfect dog for someone who is retired, or disabled. I am helping my mom get rid of him because of her health conditions, causing her to be sick and in bed quite often, making it hard to take him outside and give him the attention he deserves. He has been taking to the vet on an as needed basis, my mom may still have the paper I will have a definitive answer soon. Serious inquiries only I'm looking to re-home a ~9 year old Pitbull Mix. She is a mid sized dog, and she loves people. She's not to found of other younger excitable dogs, but will handle older dogs. Same with kids it would be safest to have her with an couple with teenagers, the youngest kid she lives with is 11 years old. She has also been to the vet as needed.
