Gentleman couple offer to TRADE nice 1 bedroom furnished apartment to one highly skilled Property caretaker. In Exchange, you would do all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist a working gentlemen couple for minimum of 30 hours each week. If asked to work beyond the 30 hours traded each week, those would be paid by the hour.
Nice apartment for 1 person at No rental cost in Trade of your working 30 hours each week. (Utilites not included).
