Need someone to repair or replace an engine

I have a 1967 Camaro that currently has a 283 in it. It currently does not run and does not turn over. I have not tried to put a battery in it or tried to start it. I am looking for someone who can try and get the 283 running and if not, replace it with a small block 350 I have that ran when I pulled it from a truck I had.
