This session will focus on celebration of the heart, mind and body. This flow will open our hearts, lift our crowns and embrace our bodies. Yoga Session Details: * No experience needed. * Mats are provided based upon availability (please bring your own mats if possible). * This yoga flow will focus on connecting with self. * Participants are invited to enjoy tea and honey prior to the session. Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Details: * (Recommended)* Blanket/Eye covers/Pillow(s) to support yourself in a comfortable position. * Essential oils provided. * Participants will enjoy the therapeutic sounds and vibrations from the crystal bowls.
