Join us for a family-friendly cornhole tournament fundraiser managed by Wicked Cornhole and Responder Strong NH! 100% of proceeds after cost of venue benefit our local first responders and veterans. Proceeds will help to enable access to a wellness program at Kilter Fitness for military and first responders in the Lakes Region and North Country of New Hampshire. $60 for a team of two. Payment due when registering. Cash prizes for the winners! Spectator admissions and food by donation. Raffles, cash prizes, face painting, and more! About the Organization: Responder Strong at Kilter Fitness is a grassroots effort to develop peer support and wellness programs for military and responders in our region. Contributions will be used to provide time limited membership, fitness/wellness training, and assessment/education about stress response to lower risk of Post-Traumatic Stress Injury, suicide, and other health issues. Why Do We Do This: Veterans and Responders are at a significantly higher risk for Post-Traumatic Stress Injury, suicide, cardiac illness, and on average have a life expectancy 10 years less than the general population. Education and participation in wellness programs are evidence-based interventions to improve these outcomes.
