LABORER, REMODELER,SUB-CONTRACTOR We are seeking a passionate individual who's not just looking for some random job to pay the bills. We believe in paying a fair wage but we also believe in teaching and uplifting our team members so they can move up and earn even more! Having your own tools isn't necessary to start, but it is preferred that all team members have at-least a tape measure, and other basic tools. The General Laborer Pay Rate is based on knowledge, experience and speed of completion for the following tasks: -Plumbing, Flooring, Electric -General Painting -Demolish -Roofing HAVING YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION IS A MUST!!! -Picking up materials or transporting is not required but you must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. -Attention to details -Respectful to team members and people in general -Has a positive attitude and is growth minded
