Gentleman couple in Orlando, FL (College Park neighborhood) offer to trade very nice large 1 bedroom apartment (mostly furnished) to just 1 Single well experienced Property Caretaker to do most weekly maintenance and Houseman duties. You should have good experience to skillfully complete most general Property maintenance / upkeep/ cleaning, minor repairs, Housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professional assistance to the gentlemen couple.
Very nice apartment just for the 1 person hired - would be at NO rental cost IF in trade for your working a minimum of 30 work hours every week. Any work hours beyond first 30 hours weekly would be paid at $15 hourly.
