These circles are created to provide networking & educational resources to women on yoni health, womxn's fertility health & mental health. Circles vary each month depending on the theme & topic of discussion. Some circles are suitable for female youth to sit in. This specific circle is intended for all women regardless of their age.
This is our 1st Eden Community Womxns Circle. We will be kicking it off on the Sturgeon full moon in August. The sacred space will be set prior to begining our ceremony.
Sacred Ceremony: sound bath via sacral singing bowl, guided meditation, prayer song, fire offering, voice activation & trauma release exercises, grounding yoga asanas (moon flow by Suni)
Sacrament: blue lotus tea & cacao (we ask if you choose to take sacrament that you donate a minimum of $20)
Required Items: yoga mat or outdoor chair, blanket, musical instruments, wear comfortable clothes, if taking sacrament bring your own cup
