VETucation Day Camp Middle School Sponsored by (VETucation LLC) VETucation Day Camp Middle School Sponsored by (VETucation LLC) (Fee include training, supplies, & snacks) (Bring Your Own Lunch) Cost: $135 Per Student Location: 100 West Oakdale Road, Irving TX 75060 To Host at Your Location, Add an additional travel fee of $0.51/mile Book a Day Between June 20th - June 24th (10:00 am – 1:00 pm) VETucation day camp is a great way for students to get a head start with knowledge & practical skills in the veterinary industry. Supervised and Instructed by Marissa Runnels (Licensed Veterinary Technician & Agriculture Science Teacher) and Certified Veterinary Assistants. This camp is open to any interested student. This camp is not affiliated with Irving Independent School District. IrvingISD is not liable for Out-of-District participants. Program Instructors must complete all required documentation and payment at least two weeks prior to participation. Tentative Itinerary: 10am-11:30pm -Introduction to Camp- Guidelines & Expectations (How to Approach an Animal Video) -Clinic Tour -Do you have what it takes to be a Vet? (Quiz & Activities) 11:35-12:05pm -Lunch (Bring Your Own) 12:10pm-1pm -Rooty to the Tooty Stations (How to perform a proper Check Up) -Basic Grooming Skills -Closing Survey Have Questions?
