Start Making it Livable for Everyone is an educational program to provide information for separating/divorced parents with minor children. Start Making it Livable for Everyone (S.M.I.L.E.) is an educational program to provide information for separating/divorced parents with minor children. It is one session, a two and one-half hour program for adults, sponsored by the judges of the Fourth and Seventh Circuit. Pre-registration is required as well as a $20.00 fee for the class, no exceptions.
