One-And-Done Birth Class Congratulations on your pregnancy! Whether choosing a midwife or physician as part of your care team, the One-and-All birth class is specifically designed for your hospital birth experience. During the 4-week, 2-hour course, learn about birth team formation, evidence-based care, informed consent/informed refusal, physiological and emotional processes of labor, the stages of labor, and coping skills (both medicated and unmedicated) for labor and birth. Not only does the class provide the education to make decisions best for you, the course also provides the opportunity to practice coping skills and comfort measures for labor and birth. Knowledge is power. The One-and-All Birth class prepares for the empowering birth experience, no matter what type of birth it is.
