CMA Tools CMA Tools Canopy MLS has several different Comparable reports for any phase of the client relationship. In this class we will look at CMAs that utilize MLS data as well as comparable reports that will bring in public sales. We will look at the "Quick CMA" options in Matrix™, HomeSnap, Realist, & Remine as well as the more comprehensive CMA's with the option to make adjustments in the Enhanced Matrix™ 360 CMA and in RPR.
