Customer Service Representative:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Answer phone calls
​Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous commercial insurance knowledge
Experience with managing client relationships
Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion
Works in a self- directed matter
Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality, i.e., Microsoft Office
Must be 18 years old or older
Must be willing to submit to a background check
Property and casualty license( Preferred but not required)- PNC

- $2500 monthly plus commission
