Join us for coffee and conversation about leadership and empowerment Colonel Seana M. Jardin was commissioned in the U.S. Army as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Air Defense Artillery at the College of William and Mary.  Her first assignment was to Fort Bliss, TX as a Platoon Leader and later a Battery Executive Officer for C Battery, 2-1 ADA Battalion.  While there, she deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Southern Watch and to Korea in support of Operation Forward Predator and Ulchi Focus Guardian.  In June 2018, LTC Jardin moved to Fort Hood to assume the role of the Assistant Chief of Staff, G-1 for the 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command at Fort Hood, TX.  COL Jardin served as the STB Battalion Commander from July 2019 to May 2021, and now serves as the Military Director to the Defense Advisory Committee On Women In The Service (DACOWITS) in Alexandria, VA.    Her awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (OLC), the Meritorious Service Medal (5OLC), the Army Commendation Medal (2OLC), the Army Achievement Medal (1SOLC, 1OLC), the Meritorious Unit Citation (OLC) the National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Iraqi Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service and Expeditionary Medals, Korea Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Overseas Service Ribbon (2). LTC Jardin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of William and Mary, a Master’s Degree from Webster University, and the Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
