Through this workshop students will learn several easy meditations/ meditation strategies to implement into their daily lives.
Through this workshop students will learn about how meditation can help improve focus, studying, mental health, and overall productivity.
Through this workshop students will gain the necessary tools for successful meditation and be presented meditation recommendations for a student lifestyle.
