Family-owned Commercial Property Maintenance Company established in 1985 is looking to fill our Commercial Landscape & Property Maint. Manager positions located in Reno and Las Vegas, Nevada. These positions require working with a team to maintain landscapes for our commercial customers and several very high-end residential clients. We are looking for detail-oriented, energetic people with the ability to learn quickly and work with others to provide excellent customer service. Experience is required. Looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. Key Skills and Duties necessary for our Commercial Landscape/Property Maint. Managers include but are not limited to: • Manage a Team Setting; Team Building • Client Communication • Knowledge and Experience in All Irrigation systems • Turf Care • Knowledge of current Horticultural Practices • Water Conservation Techniques • Pest/Insect/Fungus Management Knowledge • Ability to maintain client relations and adherence to contracts • Bidding/Estimating/Proposals • Work Scheduling/Crew Sizing • Quality Control • Crew/Subcontractor Supervision • Develop and implement new procedures to improve efficiency and job profitability • Truck/Equipment Inventory & Maintenance • Site Safety/OSHA Compliance • Budgeting & Cost Control • Knowledge and use of QuickBooks; Word; Excel; Phone Apps for work orders **To be considered, please send current resume**
