Get faster and crush your goals! Join us every Tuesday evening for a fantastic Speed & Agility workout with Coach Josie & your new friends. ALL paces and abilities are welcome! Speed & Agility will meet each week for stretching and warming up, running drills and practice, and will finish with a cool down and stretching. Please bring a water bottle and a light for safety. Speed & Agility is FREE this year, but we do ask that you signup.
