Durning this panel not only will you hear their why (which will hopefully get you thinking bigger), you will also learn more about eXp as a brokerage as we will do a mini eXplainer at the end! Who you will hear from: Stephanie Mainville - A mom who build her business with babies on her hip all using the power of social media! Powerful social media realtor who turned to a team lead when she joined eXp and now runs a nationwide collective called Socially Modern Collective. Stephanie is a 2 time ICON agent at eXp (want to know what an ICON agent is, we will explain that on the panel :))! Chris Fisher - Prior to real estate, Chris was a police officer who got injured and needed to find a new career. He chose real estate and built a great business. When he came to eXp he saw he could help cops all around the world create successful real estate businesses. Wether they are unhappy being a cop or want to plan for when they retire, Chris and his partner Mike are there to give them a blue print on how to do it! The Ten 7 Project is spread across the entire United States and is over 100 cops strong and growing rapidly! Erin Ethridge - With over 20 years in real estate, Erin is a top producing realtor in Arizona that runs a team called The Ethridge Group. Erin came over to eXp in the late summer of 2021 with 5 agents on her team and has since grown to 18 agent. She went from being comfortable to pushing herself beyond her comfort zone to scale and grow. Rachel Krill - Rachel Krill got into real estate the day she turned 18 and has never looked back. 17 years later, she has been a top producing solo agent, year after year. Her passion is to help people and build freedom for herself. When she learned about EXPI stocks and the agent owned concept at eXp, she was obsessed. She knew she could build financial security while helping others succeed. She recently started a team to help others find success. Chuck closed down his 900+ agent brokerage down when they were doing better than they ever had to rebuild under the eXp platform. He now has over 7,000 realtors nationwide that he partners with. Kristen was a recruiter for the number one single office brokerage in the nation, Revelation Real Estate and owners (Chuck Fazio) decided to close the brokerage down to move to eXp. Kristen went from being an employee that helped others build successful businesses to running her own business where she helps others build successful businesses on a WAY BIGGER scale.
