4 Star Strength is proud to announce the first of hopefully many "Masters of the Midwest" meet! We at 4 Star have always supported Masters Weightlifting and the growth of it's community in the state so now were actually gonna step up and host a masters only meet! Hosting 2 sessions were gonna have masters weightlifters (35+) come in from all over the Midwest and lift their hearts out! 2 mixed sessions of all classes capped at 12, grab a slot while they are available and we are excited for this! We are working on a sweet treat to show up also but more on that as details close up!
