We’re currently looking to add several individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a positive attitude, and are passionate about landscape construction and/or landscape maintenance. Sticks & Stones Landscape is a full service landscaping company providing service for high end residential clients since 2003. The majority of our projects are located in the North Shore and Ozaukee County. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Part or full time positions available - Dependable and responsible is a must - 3 years’ experience or more - Valid drivers license – ability to be added to company insurance policy - Comfortable pulling and backing up trailers, chippers, etc. - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff PREFERRED CONSTRUCTION SKILLS: - Ability to skillfully operate a skid loader and mini-ex - Experience in surveying, operating a laser level and transit, setting grade stakes - Comfortable laying pavers and building retaining walls - Plant knowledge and planting skills - Able to read a landscape plan - Familiar with local nurseries, quarries, and landscape vendors for deliveries - Commercial Drivers License (CDL) PREFERRED MAINTENANCE SKILLS: - Zero turn and walk behind mower proficiency - Line trimmer, blower, and bed edger experience - Turf and Landscape Pesticide License (3.0) - Excellent skills with a hedge clipper for trim, shape, and pruning COMPENSATION - $16-$26/hr based on experience - 1 week paid vacation during off season - Paid holidays APPLY NOW WITH A RESUME OR A LIST OF YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE!
