Your Opinion Matters To Us! Medfield Outreach is seeking your input for a community survey. Thanks to the generosity of the Medfield Foundation Legacy Fund, we are working with a consultant and a group of community stakeholders to better understand the community's needs and we'd love to hear from you! This survey is anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The survey is live now and closes on Sunday, March 27th. The results of this survey will be made public following the analysis of the data.
