WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On March 11, Rose McCarthy, of West Haven, purchased a 30x Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Green Fuel in West Haven and won $30,000.
