STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Monroe earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On March 11, Ihor Stefanyshyn, of Stratford, purchased a 200x ticket from the Monroe Turnpike Store and won $10,000.
