Looking for a forever home. Name: Ricky Age: 3 years Bread: Pit/Husky mix Ricky is very energetic, silly and sweet. The best way I can think to described him is… he’s the character Stitch from the beloved Disney movie, Lilo and Stitch! He’s been destructive as a puppy and continued acting out when I had to leave him to go to work. But, he’s made leaps and bounds of improvement in that area. I’ve helped him redirect that energy to his toys I’m happy to report. He pulls on walks and is still timid around strangers. He’s neutered and up to date on his vaccinations and is treated for fleas and ticks. He LOVES walks, car rides, and playing fetch and tug-a-war. When he gets to know you, he’s a total goof, a lap puppy and your best friend. The Husky in him has boundless energy. I had a baby this last year and unfortunately, I can't give Ricky the attention he needs. I love him dearly and don’t want to rehome him but Ricky deserves more time than I have these days. The ideal forever family would be active and outdoorsy with plenty of time to devote to him. A family where one party works from home would be optimal. He needs someone patient, available and willing to continue his training.
