SILVER SPRING, MD — A 22-year-old man was reported missing in Silver Spring after he was last seen Thursday around 10 p.m. in the 2800 block of Mozart Drive. Osman Hussam Osman is 6-foot-2, has short black hair, a long black beard, brown eyes and glasses, Montgomery County Police said. His family is worried for his wellbeing. Authorities are asking anyone with information to call the police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line).
