Hello, I am searching for a owner who has a house or duplex for rent. I have a 720 credit score, with full cash deposit of 1st, last, security available. My budget is $2300. I am a newly divorced mother of 2, and have had an eviction due to my husband and I separation. I am now looking for something that will accommodate myself who has an annual income of 38,000, my retired mother with an income of 26,000, and my brother with an income of 39,000. None of us have criminal convictions. In need of someone who has a loving heart and has been through divorce before and understands we all fall on hard times. I have rented in South Florida for over 20yrs and have never gotten an eviction before now. Please help if you can.
