Here are the top five stories today in Denver: Human remains found near Clear Creek Canyon. The Jefferson County Sheriff's recovery team was in the area of Tunnel 2 on Highway 6 on Sunday. The sheriff's office indicated that the remains were found in a remote location and that hikers had discovered the body. (9News)Auto Theft suspects are repeat offenders. In 2021, there were almost 37,000 vehicles stolen in Colorado, and so far this year, the state is on pace to exceed that number. According to officials, 97 percent of those arrested in the last three years for auto theft have had multiple arrests for auto theft.
