Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show Full time and part time Custodian/Housekeeper positions available. Includes benefit package. Will train. No experience necessary. Pay: Hourly rate, paid bi weekly on Friday Department/Location: Operations, MB, SC Reports To: Director of Operations Purpose of Position: To assist and maintain the company’s facilities and grounds that will provide a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for guests and associates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Complete all assigned tasks at the highest level of quality. • Assist in maintaining a stock of cleaning supplies that will prevent shortages and waste. • Follow all safety guidelines. Attend all scheduled meetings. • Provide support to all departments. • Maintain a positive professional rapport with guests and associates. • Report for duty alert and on time. Complete shift duties on time. • Comply with all company rules and regulations. • Must get along well with guests and fellow employees and maintain a professional business relationship at all times. • Must work at a rapid pace. • Must help in other areas/departments as requested by management. • Must maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance at the job. Physical Requirements: • Continuous walking and standing. • Frequent bending, stooping and twisting. • Frequent balancing. • Frequent climbing. • Frequent reaching high and low levels. • Continuous oral communication at conversational levels. • Continuous hearing at a conversational and high acuity level. • Continuous near vision, far vision, color vision and depth perception. • Frequent working under deadlines. • Occasional lifting/carrying up to 74 lbs. • Occasional pushing/pulling up to 99 lbs. Work Environment: • Frequent exposure to changes in temperature and humidity. • Occasional work with and around others. • Occasional work in cramped quarters. • Occasional work at heights. • Occasional work with detergents. • Frequent work around mechanical parts. • Frequent work around moving objects, including animals. • Frequent exposure to mists, dust and gasses. • Frequent exposure to hazardous chemicals. • Occasional exposure to thermal burns. • Noise level is moderate to high.
