JOB DESCRIPTIONS Landscape Care Foreman The primary role of this position is to lead and manage your team members towards executing residential and commercial landscape maintenance services for properties in the Boulder County area in a manner that meets professional quality and safety standards, on schedule and within budgeted hours. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead crew to meet efficiency goals / budgeted service hours. • Ensure work performed meets safety, quality, and service standards. • Perform and train crew members in safe operation of tools and equipment. • Maintain a safe, secure, organized and clean vehicle and work site. • Communicate property, production and equipment issues in a timely manner. • Ensure crew provides excellent customer service. • Ensure crew maintains professional attitude and appearance. POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Ability to read and understand written work orders. • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely on one’s own. • Ability and willingness to work Saturdays due to weather. • Ability to communicate in English (Bilingual Spanish a plus). • Clean driving record and license in good standing. • Ability to operate a truck and trailer in a safe manner. • 1-3 years relevant experience • Proactive, organized and reliable team player with positive attitude. • High attention to detail. • Experienced smartphone user. • Legally authorized to work in the United States. Landscape Care Team Member will have experience or aptitude for plant ID, plant care such as pruning, trimming deadheading, planting & transplanting; weeding, mulching & mowing. Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful. Construction Team Member will have experience or aptitude for small equipment usage, masonry installation, boulder placement, site preparation, proper planting techniques, sod installation, mulching, irrigation installation, reading of CAD design plans. POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Dependable transportation to work • Smartphone • Able to stand and perform heavy labor for extended periods of time • Lift and move 50 lbs. plus on a regular basis • Work outside in varying weather conditions • Work quickly and effectively • Work well with others • Proactive with a positive attitude Experience Garden Maintenance: 1 season recommended Hardscape or Construction Installation: 1 season recommended Compensation $18-25, depending on experience Paid holidays Merit based bonuses & raises.
