Requires good experience to complete most general Property maintenance / upkeep/ cleaning, minor repairs, Housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professional assistance to a gentlemen couple. Very nice apartment would be at NO rental cost to the one person hired IF in trade for your working 30 hours weekly. Any actual working hours above the 30 weekly - would be paid by the hour. Requires professional appearance, Nonsmoker, references, background check / drug screen. This is only for a long term arrangement and is located in Orlando, Florida.
