We may offer TRADE of very nice 1 bedroom apartment (mostly furnished) - to 1 highly skilled Property caretaker / HOUSEMAN. Duties include all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist a working gentleman couple anywhere needed. Nice apartment is jut for 1 person at NO rental cost IF in trade for your working 32 hours every week. Any work hours requested above the minimum - would be paid hourly. Requires professional appearance, passing thorough background check/drug screen, a Nonsmoker and references.
