Gentlemen couple offer Trade of a very nice 1 bedroom apartment (mostly furnished) - to well skilled Property caretaker / Houseman. Duties include your doing all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist gentleman couple anywhere needed. Luxury apartment is only for 1 person at no rental cost in trade of your working 30 hours every week. Houly wage paid for any actual working hours above the 30 each week. Requires professional appearance, passing thorough background check/drug screen, a Nonsmoker and references.
