Description
PITTSBURGH, PA — Police are attempting to determine if the shooting of two men on the North Side Sunday night were related. One of the victims was found after emerging from the Allegheny River.
Just after 11 p.m., city police were notified that a man had walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. He is in stable condition.
Police then received a call about a man at the intersection of Island and Preble avenues who had come up out of the river. He had been shot multiple times.
The man is in a local hospital in critical condition, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
