Must have the experience to do most general Property maintenance / upkeep/ cleaning, minor repairs, Housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professional assistance to the working gentleman couple.
Very nice apartment for 1 person only in Orlando / College Park would be at NO rental cost IF in trade for your working 30 hours every week. Any work hours beyond those initial 30 hours weekly would be paid at $15 hourly.
