This tremendous video, recorded in full HD, offers a glimpse into the U.S. Navy JROTC annual inspection at Richards High School. Bulldog Company gathered in the cafeteria after school for inspection, which includes examination of their uniforms, tests of military knowledge, and (later in the evening) the traditional pass and review. CDR (ret.) Doug Groters conducted the inspection in place of the U.S. Navy JROTC region manager, who traditionally handles the review. Other duties created a scheduling conflict for him.
