AURORA, IL — The hit romantic comedy "Mamma Mia!," along with its beloved sing-along songs by ABBA, will come to life in Aurora Central Catholic High School's spring musical production March 25-27. "Mamma Mia!" tells the story of Donna, an independent hotelier in the Greek islands, who is preparing for her daughter's wedding with the help of two friends. But the bride, Sophie, has other plans, as she secretly invites three men from her mother's past in hopes of meeting her real father. If all goes to plan, she hopes her dad will walk her down the aisle on her wedding day. The musical first premiered in London's West End in 1999 and went on to open on Broadway in 2001.
