The closure is overnight only. The tube will be open in the daytime. The Webster and Posey tubes connect the cities of Alameda and Oakland. The tube will be open in the daytime. The closure is nighttime only. The purpose of the closure is to accommodate maintenance work. Work will be postponed if it rains. The tube will be open in the daytime. The closure is nighttime only.
