We are hearing from a lot of people complaining about getting vet appointments. For those looking to get a dog microchipped or current on vaccinations, the Coalition of All Breed Rescue of Arizona (CABRA), a nonprofit IRS 501(c)(3) organization is having another low cost microchip and vaccination clinic on Sunday March 20 from 9 to 2:00 p.m. at the University of Arizona Maricopa County Cooperative Extension building on 4341 E. Broadway in Phoenix (roughly 43rd street and Broadway). The HomeAgain microchip including registration is only $20 each. Vaccinations (parvo/distemper, rabies, or bordatella) are only $15 each if the dog/cat gets a microchip or has one ($20 each if no chip). (Microchip and vaccination prices are more if you bring more than 5. We do have the cat equivalent of distemper shots at the same prices. These are great prices and reflect our low overhead. NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED. Other than the vet and vet tech, the other workers are volunteers.
Microchips and shots given by a licensed vet and there is no "visit" charge. This clinic is open to the general public and you don’t have to be a member of CABRA to participate. So come on out
Please notice that we use HomeAgain microchips which cost us more than others but we think they are the best.
We take cash, checks, debit, or credit cards.
