Press release from the Suffolk County Government: March 12, 2022 Suffolk County reported the following information related to COVID-19 on March 12, 2022. Last updated March 11, 2022 COVID-19 Vaccine Information 1,211,058 people have received at least one vaccine dose, an increase of 296. 1,098,864 people are fully vaccinated, an increase of 362. 74.9% percent of the total population is fully vaccinated. 79.2% of the population ages 5 and older is fully vaccinated. 95.0% of the population ages 18 and older has received at least one dose. 86.0% of the population ages 18 and older is fully vaccinated. 48.4% of the population ages 18 and older have had a booster dose.
