Requires you have experience doing most general Property maintenance / upkeep/ cleaning, minor repairs, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professional assistance, etc.
The nice apartment (mostly furnished) is just for the 1 person hired - and would be at NO rental cost IF in trade for your skilled 30 work hours every week. Any work hours worked above 30 weekly would be paid at $15 hourly.
