I need a helper for a couple weeks on three projects

Please read the entire post and don't simply respond with "is the job still available". Put some thought in it please. Hello everyone I'm a contractor and I have three projects coming up from Wednesday and going on for about two weeks. One is in Manor, TX starting on Wed. It's an interior painting of a three bedroom house, just walls. That will take about 3-5 days. One is another three bedroom, about the same size that will take 5-7 days because we're doing ceiling, trim and doors. One is a siding repair job in central Austin that will take maybe two (it's like 13 sheets) and I have another exterior painting job in central Austin but he hasn't pulled the trigger yet so all in all I have a solid two weeks of work for someone who is interested and motivated. I need someone who has reliable transportation. I will pay you via Venmo or Zelle. Business hours are from 9-5 pm, you can stay later if you wish. Please reliable and on time, I don't want to be waiting or hearing stories about why you can't make it to work. If you have other jobs going on right, please pass on this because I don't want anyone who's running late because they have to do some tile that "shouldn't take longer than a few hours" It never takes a few hours. Also I pay weekly, not daily. I know it sucks for some of you but every time I pays someone daily they call in or just don't answer or "something came up". I found that when you pay people once a week, not only do they show up but they show up on time and do a better job. I have a business with a website and so I'm trackable.
