We are hiring brand ambassadors for the upcoming NASCAR at COTA to represent a popular bourbon-whiskey client. Pay rate: $24/hr. (before taxes, W2 employee) – paid out within 2 weeks Open shifts: • Friday 3/25 - 12:30pm – 6:00pm • Saturday 3/26 - 10:00am – 6:30pm • Sunday 3/27 - 10:00am – 6:30pm Responsibilities: • Assist in loading/unloading, set up and breakdown of assets and overall footprint • Greet & check-in consumers, maintain line to the bar • Educate consumers about the brand; encourage consumers in participating in iPad quiz • Lead contactless activity and giveaway stations • Encourage consumers in sampling custom cocktail from bar and in purchasing additional cocktails (Brand Ambassadors will not be handling alcohol) • Submit recap/timesheet in a timely manner. Requirements: • Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 upon employment unless candidate has a legitimate medical or religious exemption • Must be 21+ to apply • Have current TABC or be willing to obtain it if hired • Comfortable moving around during shift; working with others; and outdoors • Be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. • Have access to reliable transportation and internet (for recap and timesheet) • Bilingual Spanish preferred Parking: You are responsible for your own parking. Havas cannot reimburse for parking or Uber/Lyfts.
