Description

female 35 for male. It's my birthday! Want to play? Ask for pic and send me one of you! , , , , , , , , , , , , , I won't go into to much here - except to say I am a semi-retired network engineer and technologist who will retire fully soon in pursuit of only the music. I've been playing since I was 16, was a professional musician since age 21, play mostly guitar for songwriting and could really use a wordsmith to put lyrics to most of my songbeds. I'm 68 years old but look (and act) much younger, take no meds for health issues, etc - in very good shape. I think the best thing to do would be to direct you to a few places where you can find my music and past songwriting endeavors and let you decide if it might be a good fit for us both. I'm quite varied in my musical tastes - with the exception of most of the current auto-tune, hip-hop, dub-step junk... it does nothing for me at all and I'm proud to say that I cut my teeth in music and songwriting through the 70's and 80's. I do some open tunings - and in fact, play nothing but DADGAD tuning when overlaying tracks on my studio stuff when I play live. Long story behind that involving a broken left ring finger many years back that opened my mind to a whole different harmony of overlay in my guitar work that simply - works! If you would like me to send you some links to my music and performances in the wild - please reply through CL to get the conversation started. I'll provide a couple quick links here for you to check out - please wear good headphones when you listen - much better experience! I have over 12 years experience with professional music notation software, creating sheet music ranging from simple banjo tabs to full orchestral scores. I am also quite experienced with transcribing by ear, so even if you can't read music, but you have a recording, I can help you get your music on paper. No drugs or drama. I would prefer to play shows, events, festivals and not so much bars but not opposed to playing some clubs.. gig 1or 2 times a month.. Rehearse every other week until start playing out..I have a day job, transportation and gear. Let me know if interested. Thanks
