Morgan’s Constructive Solutions, DBA Sandia Mountain Solar, is a licensed general, electrical and mechanical contractor that specializes in the installation of solar systems. We are located in Sandia Park New Mexico and work throughout the state for residential and commercial clients. Our Solar System services include but are not limited to; grid-tied, off-grid, battery back-up, carports, ground mounts and roof mounted (flat or pitched). We are currently seeking a full-time Solar Installation Foreman who would be responsible for the following: • Plan, organize and coordinate each job, ensuring that materials and equipment are available to safely and efficiently complete projects • Organize, lead and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes • Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to recording and submitting all relevant paperwork required on each job • Enforce all safety requirements • Take daily install photos and maintain records for each job • Effectively manage all aspects of the solar construction workflow of the project to drive productivity Requirements: • Experience with the installation of solar systems on all roof types • Have reliable transportation • The ability to use your hands and control or feel objects and tools • The ability to work outdoors exposed to different weather situations • The ability to tolerate exposure to high places • The ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. • Be reliable and responsible • Maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction • Be mindful for the safety and health of others • Ability and willingness to cross over to other general construction jobs/duties when necessary **Does not need to be a licensed electrician An ideal candidate should have hand tools, a clean driving record, be willing to stay out of town overnight and be available M-F. $22.50+ to start BOE PTO and paid holidays
