Duties include all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist a working gentlemen couple.
Luxury apartment is just for 1 person at NO rental cost IF in trade for your working 30 hours every week. Any actual work hours above the 30 weekly would be paid by the hour.
Requires very professional appearance, passing a thorough background check/drug screen, being Nonsmoker and references.
