Experience Plumber needed!! We need hot water asap!!

I really need someone willing to help and reasonable. My Dad is a senior and his home hot water pressure is very weak throughout the whole house. We stay in a duplex. We pretty much know it’s mainly because of old Galvanized pipes. Maybe it might be another issue but need an experience plumber. We don’t have a lot of money but I’m willing to make a deposit and then enter a payment plan. We really need this issue fix. We need it to just work better. He needs updates in his home and this issue is just another. Please if anyone is willing to help, I’ll be forever grateful. I have been scammed before on here so i will not pay anything upfront. We need the job done and working to perfection before anything will be paid. Again nothing will be paid for material or anything until the job is completed!! Thanks and take care.
