May offer TRADE of nice 1 bedroom furnished apartment - in Exchange for you doing all general Property maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, housekeeping, laundry, pool maintenance, detailing cars, help with pets and professionally assist a working gentlemen couple total of 30 hours weekly. Any additional work hours above the 30 hours traded each week, would be paid by the hour. Requires professional appearance, background check, drug and nicotine screen.
